Dirty Martini Dip

Dirty Martini Dip

My favorite cocktail is a vodka Dirty Martini. Bonus points if it has blue cheese stuffed castelvetrano olives. If I still want to enjoy my favorite cocktail, why not try it as a dip?

Savory Olive Dip Dirty Martini Style for Your Aperitif

I saw @cheesegal make a version of this dip on Instagram and just had to add my own twist. I swapped the cream cheese and sour cream for a lighter option with Labneh and 0% Greek yogurt and it’s just as delicious. If you’re not a fan of blue cheese, a creamy goat cheese would be a great alternative. Enjoy it with my almond cheddar crackers, endives, and dirty martinis!

Why make this recipe?

  • Original and elegant: a dip inspired by the famous Dirty Martini cocktail that will surprise your guests.

  • Ultra flavorful: a creamy blend of labneh, blue cheese, and Greek yogurt, enhanced by olive brine and fresh herbs.

  • Alcohol-free: the addition of non-alcoholic gin or vodka evokes the cocktail without the buzz.

  • Perfect for appetizers: served in martini glasses with crackers, endives, or crunchy vegetables.

  • Easy to prepare ahead: it improves after a few hours in the fridge, ideal for stress-free meals.

  • Texture + freshness: olives, chives, and dill add crunch and liveliness.
