I think everyone should know how to make a good homemade salad dressing! It’s really easy to make and you control the ingredients you add, unlike many store-bought dressings. These often contain questionable oils and preservatives. Anyway, here’s my mustard version that’s a hit every time!

It’s really easy to make and you can control the ingredients you add: unlike many store-bought dressings, which often contain questionable oils and preservatives.
So here’s my mustard version—it’s a guaranteed hit every time!

Preparation
1.

Add all the ingredients to a mason jar. Shake the jar vigorously with the lid on. Set aside.

2.

To serve, toss a few tablespoons of the dressing with the greens. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with cheddar and red onion slices.
