Hot honey:
Yogurt Lime Sauce (optional)

Preparation
1.

In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and lime zest. Season with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.

2.

In a small saucepan, gently heat the honey until it just starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in the chili or chili flakes along with the vinegar. Let infuse with the residual heat for about 3 minutes. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

3.

In a bowl, combine the panko and shredded coconut. Dip each cube of halloumi into the beaten egg, then roll in the panko-coconut mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating sticks. Repeat with all cubes.

4.

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 425°F. Place the coated halloumi cubes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
