Ingredients :
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into 4 lengthwise
- ½ cup Pure J.L. Kraft Ginger, Lime & Miso Marinade
- 1 bunch green onions (5-6 pcs.), cut into 1-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper
- 10 to 12 wooden or metal skewers
To serve:
- Basmati rice
- Broccolini, steamed
- Sesame seeds
Preparation :
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Place them in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Stir well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours.
- Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Oil the grill.
- Thread the green onion pieces onto each end of the skewers. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Brush on more marinade as you cook. Set aside.
- Serve the skewers, rice, and broccolini. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. So good.
