Satay chicken skewers with ginger, lime, and miso

Servings: 2 to 4
Preparation: 1 hour of marinating
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into 4 lengthwise
  • ½ cup Pure J.L. Kraft Ginger, Lime & Miso Marinade
  • 1 bunch green onions (5-6 pcs.), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10 to 12 wooden or metal skewers

To serve:

  • Basmati rice
  • Broccolini, steamed
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation :

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Place them in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Stir well to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours.
  2. Preheat the barbecue to medium heat. Oil the grill.
  3. Thread the green onion pieces onto each end of the skewers. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Brush on more marinade as you cook. Set aside.
  5. Serve the skewers, rice, and broccolini. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. So good.
